TUTELA MARINE INC. (TMI)

was established on MAY 2011 with the objective of recruiting highly qualified Filipino crew to its principal with only 6 Officers and staff in a single office room located at 2/F, MJ Building, 2014 San Marcelino Street, Malate, Manila Philippines, at the heart of Manila for the convenience of its seafarer and their family. We offer recruitment and manning service to the local and foreign ship owners, ship managers, agencies and seafarer’s training in accordance with IMO model course requirements as well. TMI is fully licensed by Marina and certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and MLC 2006 Regulation 1.4 of the ILO.
